We recently renewed our lease primarily because of the manager and staff. Heather, Mindy, and the new girl Linda are super. They listen and are very attentive to my wife and I when we visit the office. They are super friendly! We enjoy living here because it feels like a true neighborhood. We just wish the pool was warmer because it is TOO COLD for us to use. It is actually FREEZING. I wish we were able to use it. We do love living here other than the cold pool.

Chad did a first class job repairing our shower. He is very courteous and does good work. Ever since my wife and I have lived here Dale has been outstanding as a maintenance person and we love his sense of humor. Both men are a true asset to Fox Chase.

Falicia and Chad are the best. We just relocated from California and they made us feel very welcomed. Our minor issues were addressed in a timely manner. We truly feel at home and valued as residents. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you both for such excellent service.

This is a great place to live. Office staff is great. Maintainence staff is prompt and professional. Clubhouse is very reasonably priced and we have used it for several holiday gatherings. Nice pool and gym. It is so nice that we feel safe here and we are close to anything we need. It would be hard to find a place that suits our needs any better.

I loved living here. Community was very clean and green. Office staff were excellent and always helped me when I first moved here from India. The staff works very hard to meet needs in a timely fashion. The snow removal was excellent. Maintenance staff is always very nice and very quick with my requests!!!! Thank you and miss Fox Chase. I highly recommend Fox chase Apartments! I moved out of town and was very sad to leave.
